Our Story

Andrea Carmody, M.Ed., BCBA
Co-Founder
Andrea has been working with children in a variety of capacities since she can remember. In 2008, she graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Adolescent Development. Along her journey, she has been privileged to work with many individuals with learning differences between the ages of one and eighteen. Andrea’s love for ABA started in 2015 when she was hired as a treatment analyst in an ABA clinic in Southern California, where she worked alongside psychologists, BCBA's, and mentors to develop her clinical judgement and in-the-moment assessment skills.
In 2017 she began her journey of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by enrolling in graduate school. In 2020, she graduated from Endicott College with a Master of Education in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis and became a BCBA that same year. She is passionate about creating an environment for every child to learn and thrive. She believes that with experience, compassion, and collaboration, we can improve the quality of lives for individuals and their families.
